We will obtain personal data about you (such as your name, address, various health and lifestyle details including recent injuries) whenever you complete a form (whether in person or online).
For example, we will obtain your personal data when you register to use this website, send us feedback, post material, contact us for any reason, sign up to a service, enter a competition, purchase goods or services. We may also obtain sensitive personal data about you if you volunteer it during the completion of an online form. If you volunteer such information, you will be consenting to our processing it for the purpose of providing services, marketing our services (current or future) and assisting with subject access requests.

There may be instances in which the personal data that you provide to us or we collect is considered to be special categories of personal data under data protection law. We process personal data concerning members and those on our mailing list for a number of reasons which relate to providing our gym services to that member. These reasons include:

- complying with applicable laws (laws governing health and safety and having in place appropriate insurance for our business activities).
The legal basis on which we rely for processing your data for these purposes is that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party; complying with our legal obligations; and in order to fulfil our legitimate interests of providing you with an excellent standard of service, which includes providing you with information about products, services and offers that we feel will be of interest to you.

Marketing and opting out

Cookies

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data

Google Analytics
When someone visits lrptfitness.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
How we protect your data
The personal data we collect from you is stored by us and/or our service providers on databases protected through a combination of physical and electronic access controls, firewall technology and other reasonable security measures.
